Managed Mining Service

Stop Managing Hosting.
Start Mining.

You didn't get into mining to spend your time chasing invoices and arguing with facility managers.

Sound Familiar?

Managing hosting relationships is a full-time job you never signed up for

Endless Back-and-Forth

Chasing facility managers, waiting days for responses, explaining the same issue to different reps, fighting for SLA credits you're owed.

Billing & Contract Chaos

Multiple invoices, different billing cycles, 30-page contracts with hidden fees, auto-renewals you didn't want.

Zero Leverage

As a single operator, you're last in line. Facilities prioritize their biggest clients while you wait.

What If Someone Else Handled All of That?

Nexus becomes your single point of contact for everything hosting-related. We have the relationships, the experience, and the leverage to get things done fast.

Exclusive Benefit

Access Our Negotiated Power Rates

We've built long-term relationships with hosting facilities across North America. Because of our volume and track record, we've negotiated special power rates that aren't available to individual miners walking in off the street.

  • Lower $/kWh rates at select partner facilities
  • Priority capacity access when new space opens up
  • Better contract terms including shorter minimums and flexible scaling

Potential Savings

Up to 2¢

per kWh vs. retail rates

On a 100-unit deployment, that's up to $2,000/month in power savings alone.

The True Cost of DIY vs. Managed

$30/machine/month is less than what your time is worth

Managing It Yourself

  • 5-10 hours/month per facility on admin tasks
  • Missed SLA credits because you didn't have time to file claims
  • Worse rates because you're a small fish
  • Stress of being on-call for facility issues
  • Slow response times when problems arise

If your time is worth $50/hour, that's $250-500/month in lost productivity per facility.

Managed by Nexus

  • Zero admin time — we handle everything
  • We track and claim every SLA credit automatically
  • Our volume = better rates for you
  • One invoice, one contact, zero headaches
  • Priority support through our facility relationships
$30per machine/month

100 machines = $3,000/month for complete peace of mind

No hidden fees. No volume minimums. No long-term commitments.
Just experienced people who know this industry inside and out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does 'Managed by Nexus' mean?
When you choose a managed facility, Nexus becomes your single point of contact for your mining operation. We handle all communications with the hosting provider, manage your contract, process payments, and ensure your uptime SLA is being met. You focus on your mining; we handle the relationship.
Why do you need to approve clients and machines?
Our facility partners trust us to bring them quality clients with reliable equipment. We review every application to ensure your machines meet facility requirements (efficiency, condition, firmware) and that we can serve your needs effectively. This protects both you and our facility relationships. Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours.
What types of miners do you accept?
We support all major ASIC manufacturers including Bitmain (Antminer series), MicroBT (Whatsminer series), and Canaan (Avalon series). We generally require current or recent-generation machines in good working condition. Older or modified units may need additional review.
Why would I pay extra for management?
Time and peace of mind. Managing hosting relationships across multiple facilities, dealing with contract negotiations, chasing down SLA credits for downtime, and coordinating support tickets takes significant effort. Our fee is a small price for having mining industry experts handle everything.
Can I switch from direct to managed (or vice versa)?
Yes. If you initially went direct with a facility and want to switch to managed, we can take over the relationship at your next contract renewal. Going from managed to direct is also possible, though you'll then deal with the provider directly.
What if I have issues with my miners at a managed facility?
Contact us directly. Our support team will investigate and coordinate with the facility on your behalf. We have SLA agreements with our managed partners that often include faster response times than you'd get going direct.
Is the management fee in addition to hosting costs?
Yes. The hosting facility's power and service fees remain the same. The Nexus management fee is an additional charge for our concierge-level service. However, our negotiating power often results in better base rates that offset some or all of the management fee.
